Privacy notice

This is a plain-language notice for the beta. A fuller privacy policy and terms of service will replace it before Teemay opens beyond the beta.

What Teemay collects

When you apply, Teemay collects what you type into the form: your name, email, optional phone number, and the professional details the form asks for. For consultants that includes credentials, focus, years of experience, hourly rate, ZIP code, travel range and work setting. For hiring teams it includes company, title, the role you need, start date, hours, work site ZIP code and work setting.

What Teemay does not want

Do not enter Social Security numbers, tax ID numbers, bank account details or government ID numbers in any form or email. Teemay does not ask for them at this stage.

How it is used

To review your application and reply to you.
To match consultants with hiring teams and make introductions. An introduction shares only what is needed for both sides to decide whether to talk.
To run and improve the beta.

Where it is stored

Applications are stored in Teemay's customer records system and in Teemay's business email. Both are operated by service providers acting for Teemay. Teemay does not sell personal information.

To see, correct or delete what you submitted, or to stop receiving email, write to chris@teemay.org.
